I’ve been working in the renewable energy industry since 2007, leading teams and projects that bring technical and commercial goals together. My experience spans both the field and the office, giving me a deep understanding of how to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders, clients, and teams. I thrive on building strong relationships, connecting technical and business perspectives, and helping organizations move projects forward efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about running, exploring the outdoors, and spending time in the mountains with my family. As a fifth-generation Oregonian, I’ve grown up with a love for the natural world, and I carry that sense of balance, curiosity, and persistence into everything I do.
I’m equally committed to my local community. I contribute to city planning as a member of the Milwaukie Planning Commission, serve as a board member of the Downtown Alliance of Milwaukie, and volunteer as an assistant coach for Milwaukie High School Cross Country. I also organize the Milwaukie Mile, bringing the community together to raise funds for MHS Cross Country. Whether at work or in my community, I focus on fostering collaboration, building connections, and making a meaningful impact.
